Our staff has the time to assist you in any questions or concerns you have from insurance issues to lens options to proper contact lens care.
We are flexible and capable of addressing your specific eyecare needs and wants. We don’t have long lists of rules and books of policies that prevent us from providing excellent patient service. We encourage our patients to provide feedback, online and in person, so we know what we can do to make your experience one that you will want to tell others about.
Have you ever felt your doctor didn’t have the time or interest to explain your diagnosis? You are not just a number or a time slot to us. Our doctor will not be looking at his watch every two minutes or pushing you out the door. Dr. Peirce enjoys explaining and discussing your vision and health. At his insistence, we schedule plenty of time between patients to make certain all of your questions are clarified as part of your exam.
