Order status will be updated once daily. Most soft contact lens orders should arrive within a week. Specialty contact lens (gas permeable, high toric, keratoconus, etc.) may take two to three weeks. Spectacle orders are almost always ready for you within two weeks (but usually sooner). Specialty coatings (polarized, anti-glare, tints, etc.) often take longer than standard lenses (but are well worth the wait).
